Norwich Union Healthcare - Name change to Aviva
In preparation of Norwich Union's name change to Aviva from 1st June 09, please note from Thursday, 14th May, Norwich Union Healthcare mailboxes will now display as Aviva in the Secure Messaging. Details can be found via Messaging > Contact > Insurer Quick Reference Guide.
PruHealth now accepts electronic bills
From Monday, 18th May PruHealth will be on board to accept electronic billing from specialists. Login to your account and navigate to Settings > Practice info and click on the 'Payee provider' tab to check if you have been activated to submit bills electronically to PruHealth.
