26th May 2020 Update

COVID 19
We have successfully worked remotely to continue to operate as a business and provide the support you, our customers, need. The past few months have proven we can make that work. So, if our employees are in a role and situation that enables them to work from home and they want to continue to do so for the foreseeable future, it is feasible. If not, our offices are now open with some additional precautions to ensure the health and safety government guidelines are complied with for the well-being of our staff.

We are pleased all measures in ’Staying COVID-19 Secure in 2020’ have been implemented and that Healthcode offices in Staines will re-open on 26th May 2020.

We will amend our procedures in line with guidance as it inevitably changes and will keep you informed via our website as we navigate through this unprecedented crisis.

We recognise the increased uncertainty that COVID-19 may be causing and would like to offer our reassurances that we are putting the health and wellbeing of our employees and you, our valued customers, first.

Healthcode continue to monitor the situation as it develops and have already taken a number of steps to mitigate the risk to protect the business and its staff. We are following the advice of the government and Public Health England.

It’s business as usual

We have a Business Continuity Plan in place and a team that convenes frequently to ensure it is working and addresses the ever-changing situation we all find ourselves in.

Our plans are in place and have been tested allowing us to adapt our working practices so that we can continue to operate as a business and provide the support you, our customers, need.

Currently, our office is open and we aim to keep it this way for as long as practically and safely possible. We have, however, implemented a remote working rotation policy to reduce the potential exposure for staff and also support wider social distancing measures essential to slow the impact of COVID-19. We are confident we will be able to provide the services you require with minimal day-to-day impact and our team is committed to doing so.

Business Meetings and Travel
As you would expect, many of our external events and meetings have been cancelled or postponed and, like all responsible businesses, we are minimising travel and meetings as far as practically possible. We will seek to return to normal working practices as soon as we believe it is appropriate.

We will amend our procedures in line with guidance as it inevitably changes and will keep you informed via our website as we navigate through this unprecedented crisis.
