The Police Healthcare Scheme are now available on Healthcode's Secure Messaging Service (SMS). Details can be found via Messaging > Contact >Insurer Quick Reference Guide.
We have been working closely with CIGNA to implement electronic remits for hospital bills. This is currently in end to end testing, we anticipate remits will be available to hospitals mid April. It is expected that CIGNA will run with paper remits in paralell with electronic remits for the first couple of weeks. An update will be provided nearer the time.
Standard Life Healthcare have confirmed that development work on electronic remits for hospitals have been given the go ahead. They anticipate work on this will be completed by July 2009. More information will follow nearer the time. 
In order to maintain a high-level of access security, we kindly encourage hospital providers and insurers to send personal details of their authorised signatories to Customer Services via Healthcode's Secure Messaging Service. This will allow us to verify the supervisor's signature and improve control and security to new users granted system access.
