ePractice biller renamed
Healthcode will be changing to new names for ePractice biller basic and full over the next few months. The changeover will simplify product naming to make it easier for customers to understand the ePractice suite portfolio of applications. Transition to the new names in Healthcode marketing materials, websites and the applications themselves will be accomplished in phases. During this period, Healthcode will lead with the new names but in some areas the old names will be referenced. We plan to apply the new name to the product itself at the next major release. The two versions of ePractice biller - basic and full will be renamed to:
PruHealth Participates in Electronic Billing
We are pleased to inform you that PruHealth are now accepting electronic bills from Hospital providers. The process of activating all Hospital providers, to facilitate electronic billing to PruHealth, is almost complete. If you have any queries regarding your Hospitals ability to send PruHealth bills, please contact your Account Manager. A list of insurers accepting electronic bills are:

We are currently working closely with PruHealth to accept e-bills from Specalists. In addition, we are also working with other insurers to implement electronic billing. We will inform you when additional insurers are on board to accept electronic bills.
New Fee Schedule from Norwich Union Healthcare Now Available
The Norwich Union Healthcare Fee Schedule is now available for all ePractice biller Plus users. The Fee Schedule can be accessed via Settings > Guideline Pricing and then selecting Norwich Union from the list of insurers.
Alternatively, you can access Guideline Pricing via the Quick Link on the Status Page. Log in to your acount for access to the Fee Schedule now.
Independent Health & Care Convention
16th & 17th September, The Brewery, London
Healthcode will be exhibiting at the Independent Health & Care Convention. If you are attending the event, please come and visit our stand (stand no. 20). We are located at the centre of the venue.
