Within the healthcare sector, close professional relationships and clear communication are often key to a successful outcome, whether for the individual doctor and patient or at organisational level.
At Healthcode, we have always taken this lesson to heart, encouraging customers to get in touch if they have any queries or thoughts about how we can improve our services to help them operate more effectively.
We have recently taken this further by appointing a Business Development team to look after our portfolio of hospitals and insurer clients. It means each provider has been assigned an experienced Account Manager who is responsible for overseeing their Healthcode services and will usually be your first point of contact.
The reason for our restructure is simple. We want to ensure you are getting the maximum value from existing Healthcode systems and receive an even faster response to any issues. Equally, we wanted to keep providers up-to-date with new features and initiatives that will be interesting, relevant and beneficial for their business.
The new team consists of:
Ravinder Brar | Ravinder has a wide range of experience of the private healthcare sector, from business development to account management and customer services. For the last eight years she has been working for Healthcode, maintaining key corporate client relationships ensuring their business needs were met
Dave Pullen | Before joining the Business Development team, Dave has developed extensive experience of Healthcode’s technology in his customer-facing roles, most recently as Customer Operations Manager. He also has detailed knowledge of clinical coding, after managing the Coding department at Healthcode
Jordan Overton | Jordan joined Healthcode just under two years ago and focussed on the non-hospital segment. In the last year or so Jordan has established strong relationships with customers within this segment and is now tasked with looking after our corporate clients
Oliver Nako |
Oliver joins the team from his Customer Service Team Leader Role. A member of Healthcode’s Customer Service for nearly five years, he has moved over to the Business Development team because of his understanding of the practical challenges faced by medical secretaries within the practice and hospital settings. |
It's likely that your new contact will have been in touch already to introduce themselves and arrange a meeting. Please don’t hesitate to share their details to other system users and feel free to ask any questions you have about our reorganisation.
